​Thursday Worship & Tech Coordinator

​

IMPRINT London in the Parish of St Mary Woolnoth, St Edmund the King and St Clement Eastcheap, is seeking a skilled and organised worship leader/coordinator and AV technician to join our team. As the Thursday worship & tech coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and coordinating the worship at key services on Thursdays, including House of Prayer and the Lunch time service. Working closely with Revd Wole Agbaje and Inger Lannero as the Minister in Charge/service pastors and Head of Prayer of IMPRINT Church, you will help coordinate & provide worship for the Thursday lunch time services and the morning and evening House of Prayer sessions, also working with Pedro Neto for Thursday evening sessions. Your primary focus will be to effectively ensure there is Spirit-led worship provision and clear and effective communication around teams.

Bookkeeper 

​

The Bookkeeper will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of the Parish of St Mary Woolnoth, St Edmund the King and St Clement Eastcheap under the overall leadership of the Rector of the Parish, Ric Thorpe, the Bishop of Islington and the Minister in charge of the Parish community, Reverend Wole Agbaje, in a way consistent with the mission, values and theology of the Parish. The Bookkeeper role will sit under the Parish Finance Officer and is specifically involved with ensuring effective and accurate financial record keeping and transactions to support the mission and vision of the Parish Ministry of IMPRINT Church.

 

We are looking for someone with bookkeeping experience and familiarity with relevant accounting standards and who would ensure that accurate records are kept by standard practices, supporting the establishing and keeping of budgets. The role would involve setting up payments, reconciliations, record-keeping, supporting quarterly management reports and following Parish finance procedures in an environment of faith.

You should have the ability to work successfully as part of a small busy team and the communication skills to liaise well with all team members including senior budget holders, and suppliers. You should also be reliable, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
